Guitars in the jungle/by Aimee Ginsburg

one of the most original workshops oppened in Goa is of Chris Horton, a wood artist, who teaches how to build guitars.
Chris, an English man who lives in Indis and Goa now 10 years, lives with his family(he met his Israeli wife - sari in a kibbutz in Israel), in a house sorounded with jungle, 3 minutes walk from the sea. He built the workshop in his backyard under mango trees and here he also teaches people even with two "left hands", how to build their own design guitar.
"chirs is a dedicated patient teacher" says Oren (28) who comes from Isarel. "I don't have any expirence working with wood, but look what I built!" he shows me a beautifull rosewood guitar with a wonderfull sound.
If you are interested in buying a guitar - chris builds and sells them !
