About Workshop

There is a kind of minimalist approach to the way the workshop operates. This has a lot to do with the nature of the place. India is a country full of craftsmen and the beauty and precision of what they can create with little more than a Chisel has been an inspiration for me.

Because of this, most tools used are simple hand tools. This gives us the ability to truly create an individual guitar, which imparts a character of your own using the direct transformation of your own energy into the wood

After all this there are power tools available for use such as belt sanders (Very handy) or jigsaws and routers

I have designed the workshop to run over 15-20 days. This involves two main aspects of the guitar building process being completed in one day. For instance, fitting struts to the back and gluing soundboard to the sides
